About the RoleLove building websites, but enjoy working with people just as much?
Some people are happiest inside a website build. Others are happiest keeping clients informed and a team moving. This role needs someone who can do both.
As Website Project Manager, you'll own projects from the first client conversation through to launch. You'll turn requirements into clear next steps, coordinate designers and developers, notice problems before they become delays, and ensure the finished website works as well as it should.
You won't need to write every line of code. You will need enough technical confidence to ask good questions, review the work, troubleshoot sensibly and explain things clearly to clients.

What you'll be doingOwn multiple website projects from kick-off to launch, keeping scope, priorities and deadlines clear.Turn client requirements into clear briefs, actions and updates.Coordinate designers and developers, remove blockers and keep work moving.Review completed work before it reaches the client.Troubleshoot issues sensibly and involve the right person when deeper technical support is needed.Recommend practical improvements to user experience, functionality and content flow.Check that each website works properly across desktop and mobile before launch.
What we're looking for1–2 years' experience owning or delivering website projects from brief to launch.Strong working knowledge of WordPress and eCommerce platforms, especially Shopify.Confident knowledge of HTML and CSS; enough to review work, ask useful questions and troubleshoot common issues.Clear, confident client communication, especially when explaining timelines, trade-offs or technical issues.Strong organisation, follow-through and attention to detail.The judgement to solve what you can and escalate what needs specialist support.
