About the Role:

Make a Difference Beyond the Hospital Ward!

Join the Hospital in the Home (HITH) team and deliver acute care directly to patients in their own homes. As an RN Level 2, you'll provide advanced clinical care, undertake comprehensive patient assessments, coordinate complex care needs, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team. This rewarding role offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to make a real impact on patients' healthcare journeys while supporting innovative models of care across Canberra Health Services.

Note: This is a full-time temporary position available for six to 12 months with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. Part-time hours may be considered. The full-time salary noted above will be paid pro rata for part-time hours.
