We’re looking for an AI-native software developer.
Not someone who has simply used LLMs, but someone who thinks with them.
You are the kind of developer who experiments constantly, builds quickly, tests ideas in code rather than slides, and understands how modern AI systems actually behave in the real world. You work fast, but not carelessly. You care deeply about building reliable products, rather than just clever demos.
We’re building technology that turns compliance — traditionally a constraint — into a source of competitive advantage. That means solving difficult real-world problems where accuracy matters and the stakes are high. The systems we build must be thoughtful, reliable, and ethically based.
And ideally, you’re excited by the idea that the work you do here will matter — because we’re changing how organisations realise success.

We have built and operate an AI-capable platform that translates complex regulatory rules and principles into operational systems used by real organisations.
