About The Role

As part of the Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. If you’re a confident team player who thrives in a fast-paced food environment – we’d love to hear from you!

We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 4:30am and 7pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly customer service

• Preparing and serve high-quality food, beverages, and coffee

• Maintain merchandising standards to create an inviting store environment

• Follow Banjo's established Work Health and Safety (WHS) practices to help maintain a safe workplace.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, confident team player who enjoys delivering excellent customer service

• Previous customer service experience is desirable

• Reliable, well-organised, and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Someone who loves a challenge and is eager to learn, develop, and grow with Banjo's
