Housekeeper / Room Attendant - Casual
Quest Springfield Central is seeking a guest-oriented Housekeeper to join our team on a casual basis to help us deliver exceptional service and comfort.
The successful applicant will be:
Passionate About Guest Experience: Thrive on delivering friendly, personalized service that makes every stay seamless and memorable.
Diverse Duties: Engage in a variety of tasks from daily services and deep cleans to maintaining common areas and handling cyclical duties.
Detail-Oriented Excellence: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation while being efficient to meet target times and KPIs.
Team Player: Collaborate and thrive in a supportive team environment where your contributions are valued. Team-based performance incentives are on offer.
Reliable, flexible, and efficient: Exhibit a strong work ethic and adaptability, ensuring dependability and a positive impact on our operations. Able to work a variety of shifts including weekends.
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is essential.
