We're now looking for a talented Lead Full Stack Developer across Web & Mobile Development to help build the next generation of MYLO technology platforms. 

About the Role 

As our Lead Full Stack Developer across Web and Mobile, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling modern applications across web and mobile platforms. You'll work across the entire development lifecycle - from architecture and component design through to deployment and ongoing optimisation. You'll help create technology that is used every day by customers, internal teams, field technicians, and business partners across Australia.

What You'll Be Doing 

• Develop and maintain scalable web and mobile applications

• Write clean, maintainable, and type-safe code using React.js, React Native, TypeScript, and Node.js

• Build reusable component libraries and design systems

• Design and implement robust state management solutions

• Develop and maintain backend services and application logic

• Integrate applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs

• Create responsive, intuitive, and high-performing user experiences

• Manage deployment pipelines for iOS and Android applications

• Contribute to CI/CD processes that support reliable and automated releases

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions

• Maintain strong standards around performance, security, scalability, and code quality 

• Contribute ideas and recommendations that improve products, systems, and customer experiences

About You 

You're a capable and curious developer who enjoys building technology that solves real-world problems. 

You are equally comfortable working across frontend and backend development and enjoy taking ownership of projects from concept through to delivery. 

You thrive in environments where innovation is encouraged, ideas are welcomed, and people work together to achieve great outcomes. 

Essential Skills & Experience 

• Strong experience with React.js 

• Strong experience with React Native 

• Commercial experience using TypeScript 

• Experience building backend services with Node.js 

• Experience integrating RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs 

• Understanding of modern application architecture and design patterns 

• Experience deploying applications across web, iOS, and Android environments 

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

Desirable Experience 

• Internal business platforms 

• Customer portals 

• Field service or workforce management applications 

• Booking and scheduling systems 

• Compliance or property technology platforms 

• Cloud-based application architecture 

• Authentication and permissions frameworks 

• Notifications and messaging services

Location & Flexibility 

This role is primarily based at our Elsternwick, Melbourne office, however we are also open to candidates who wish to work from our Brisbane office.  

We believe in the value of collaboration and connection, so the successful candidate will be required to work from the office on a weekly basis. We also offer flexibility, with the opportunity to work from home for part of the week as part of a hybrid working arrangement.
