The Department for Infrastructure and Transport plays a vital role connecting people and places in South Australia by managing roads, marine and public transport networks across the State, and builds and maintains the State-owned infrastructure that enables the delivery of essential and important government services to our community.

Service SA delivers streamlined transactional and regulatory services across multiple channels, ensuring accessible, efficient interactions for customers.

The Senior Digital Experience Officer supports the design and improvement of customer-facing services across digital and assisted channels, focusing on creating a simple, accessible, and efficient customer experience. The role works closely with both technical and business areas to analyse insights, identify improvements, and enhance service delivery in line with multichannel and regulatory requirements. We are seeking a collaborative, customer-focused professional with strong analytical skills and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate is adaptable, communicates effectively, and is driven to improve digital experiences through practical, user-centred solutions.

Special Conditions

• A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.
• A Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to employment with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport, which must be renewed every five years before expiry.
• Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel may be required. 

RemunerationASO5 - $92,122 to $102,456 pa + superannuation.
