Service Administrator

Service Administrator | Full Time Permanent | Adelaide

We're looking for a Service Administrator to join our Adelaide branch. You'll support the Workshop & Road Supervisors with service paperwork, timesheets, job costings, and customer enquiries, ensuring everything is accurate and completed on time. Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll help keep daily operations running smoothly.

About you

• Ability to work confidently and independently

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient computer skills with accurate data entry and typing

• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Professional presentation and a friendly, confident phone manner

• A Certificate II or III in Business Administration (advantageous)

What will you be doing?

• Ensure all service paperwork uploaded and correct

• Entering service estimations requests from customer, updating of live spreadsheet, sending of estimations to customer.

• Ensure all technician timesheet's are processed and correct in a timely manner

• Ensure job costings are completed accurately and on time to support prompt invoicing

• Direct and manage customer enquiries regarding service and aftermarket matters efficiently

• Maintain petty cash

• Maintain all service-related folders/registers and email boxes and ensure actioned promptly

• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure new customers are entered into the system

• Raise call numbers as required and ensure WIP is managed
