Robinvale Golf Club is a leading hospitality and leisure destination, offering guests a premium experience across our dining, gaming, entertainment and accommodation services.

Our Bistro operates six days per week (Monday Night to Saturday) for both lunch and dinner, serving quality meals that are central to the Club’s reputation. We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to lead our kitchen operations.

The Role

In collaboration with other Chefs, this is a hands-on role responsible for all aspects of the Club’s kitchen operations, including:

• Creating, planning, and updating seasonal menus.
• Preparing and cooking high-quality meals with consistency and attention to detail.
• Overseeing stock ordering, rotation, and cost control.
• Managing and developing a small team of kitchen staff, including training and rostering.
• Ensuring compliance with all food safety and workplace health & safety standards.
• Working closely with the management team to deliver a high standard of service to members and guests.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery /Kitchen Management (or equivalent)
• At least one year’s experience as a Chef in a busy bistro, club, or restaurant environment.
• Strong culinary skills with the ability to deliver quality meals in a timely manner.
• Experience in menu development, costing, and stock control.
• Leadership and team management skills with a focus on developing staff.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering a great dining experience.
• The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
