About the role
OzHarvest is a leading food rescue organisation on a mission to ‘Nourish our Country’ by stopping good food from going to waste and delivering it to charities that help feed people in need. Through our education programs and our advocacy work, we hope to inspire others to change behaviour and help reach the national target of halving food waste by 2030.
Do you want to make a difference in your community? Is teaching and training others about food and nutrition your passion? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our NEST Program Coordinator position!
Join our impactful team of Nutritionists and Dietitians to deliver NEST in Melbourne! We’re looking for a great communicator to work with vulnerable community groups delivering our evidence-based Nutrition Education & Skills Training (NEST) Program. The purpose of the NEST Program Coordinator is to coordinate the delivery of NEST (Nutrition Education Skills Training) in line with current OzHarvest practices, funding commitments and project aims.
You'll be someone who loves working with diverse groups of people, who is a brilliant educator, and someone who loves sharing their passion for simple cooking!
This is a part-time position worked across three days - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
