Commercial Finance Process Analyst

Play a key role in shaping how Asahi Beverages drives revenue, profitability, and financial performance. As Commercial Finance Process Analyst within Digital (Business Process Efficiency), you will work at the intersection of process, data, and technology. You will analyse end-to-end commercial finance processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and design practical target-state workflows that improve financial controls and support scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and model end-to-end commercial finance workflows (revenue, trade spend, profitability, and controls) using Asahi BPMN standards.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Digital, and SAP teams to bridge business requirements with technology solutions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on operational finance issues to recommend efficient, sustainable process improvements.
• Develop pragmatic transition states to navigate technical, system, and data constraints.
• Leverage process performance data, process mining tools, and analytics (Power BI) to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support change engagement activities to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and controls across business units.

About You

• 3 to 7 years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or continuous improvement within complex corporate environments.
• Strong process-modelling skills using BPM tools, with a practical understanding of BPMN standards.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Power BI, financial reporting tools, or Trade Promotion Optimisation/Management (TPM/TPO) systems.
• FMCG or Consumer Goods industry experience is highly regarded.
• A pragmatic problem solver who can challenge frontline teams and senior leaders with equal confidence.
• Analytical mindset with a natural curiosity for process mining, AI, and automation.
