ACT Cleaners-Expressions of Interest

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking cleaners to work in the ACT working in various roles.

Due to the nature of this job (Govt Department) and the required clearances, you must be an Australian Citizen or resident, being prepared to undergo and pass/ or already possess a baseline security clearance check.

As a leading service provider for Cleaning and Facility Services within the Cleaning industry, Menzies is now looking to expand our team and are looking for passionate, qualified and enthusiastic cleaning team members for our ACT Contracts

Menzies currently delivers cleaning services to several major educational institutions as well as Industrial clients throughout Australia and over 300 school site locations throughout the country.

The specific responsibilities might include:

• Detailed cleans of public areas including offices, facilities & washrooms 
• Collection, segregation and disposal of waste
• Spot cleaning, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming 
• Toilet, external areas and walkway cleaning
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures
• Responding to scheduled and ad-hoc customer requests

Cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
