Visual Merchandiser

We’re looking for a commercially minded and creatively driven Visual Merchandiser to join our Retail team. This role is responsible for elevating the in-store experience across our network by bringing the dusk brand vision to life through exceptional visual execution, strong collaboration and inspiring leadership.

Working closely with Retail Leaders, Store Teams and Support Office functions, you’ll drive visual standards, support sales growth and help create beautiful, customer-first store environments that feel unmistakably dusk.

What You’ll Be Doing

Bringing the dusk Brand to Life

• Execute seasonal campaigns, new collections and store setups to a high visual standard across the business.
• Ensure stores consistently deliver a commercially strong and visually inspiring customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve layouts, merchandising flow and product storytelling.
• Partner with Retail teams to drive sales through commercial visual decisions and strong in-store execution.
• Support new store openings and key retail initiatives alongside cross-functional teams.
• Maintain strong visual standards across all stores, including signage, graphics and merchandising presentation.

Coaching & Developing Teams

• Train, coach and inspire store teams to confidently deliver dusk visual standards.
• Build strong relationships with Store Managers, Area Managers and Retail Leaders.
• Lead with energy, collaboration and a hands-on approach to supporting teams in store.
• Create clear and consistent VM communication across the business.
• Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in visual execution and customer experience.

Commercial & Operational Focus

• Use reporting, store insights and commercial observations to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Support stores in driving sales, productivity and profit outcomes through strong VM practices.
• Effectively plan store visits and manage priorities across a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ensure operational standards and VM processes are consistently executed.

You’re someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking. You love retail, understand customer behaviour and know how impactful visual merchandising can be in creating an exceptional store experience.
