About the role
AfterDark Technology is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Level 2 or 3 professional to join our growing team in our Bowen Hills, QLD office. In this full-time role, you will be providing high-level IT support and incident resolution to our internal and external customers.
What you'll be doing
Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and network issues
Resolve complex escalated issues from Level 1/2
Document and maintain detailed records of all support activities
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
Assist with the development and delivery of IT service desk training
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an IT service desk or helpdesk role
Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in incident management and service level agreement (SLA) monitoring
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
Relevant IT certifications or qualifications (e.g. Degree, Microsoft, CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL)
