Warehouse Operator

Reports to:

Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure goods in/out processes are systematically followed
• Be a HSE advocate within your warehouse space
• Foster team unity and embody behaviours aligned with our values
• Promote and uphold company values and culture
• Be proactive in giving and seeking feedback
• Complete all required administrative and system-based tasks accurately and on time

Skills & Experience:

• Valid forklift and driver’s licence
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Effective communication and team-building abilities
• Familiarity with DIFOT
• Competency in computer systems

Success Measures:

• High level of accuracy in inventory movements and system transactions
• Continuously improve warehouse layouts, planning, and inventory levels
• Improve inventory accuracy through precise stock takes/counts
• Maintain and enhance high warehouse standards
