About the role

We are seeking experienced Medical/Surgical and General Ward Registered Nurses to support healthcare facilities across the Northern Territory. These positions offer the opportunity to work in a variety of Medical/Surgical and general settings while contributing to high-quality patient outcomes in regional and remote communities.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care within acute medical/surgical and general ward environments
• Assess, monitor and evaluate patients with acute and chronic medical and surgical conditions
• Administer, medications, intravenous therapies, and treatments as required
• Recognise and respond promptly to changes in patient condition, escalating care when appropriate 
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-practice patient care 
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to facility protocols

What you'll need

• Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse Division 1)
• Minimum 1-year nursing experience
• Experience in medical, surgical and general ward settings
• Ability to work confidently in fast-paced clinical environments
• Australian working rights
