Barefoot Therapists is seeking a unique and talented Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic paediatric team on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for children

• Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans to address a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders

• Collaborating with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, patient-centred care

• Maintaining detailed clinical records and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings

• Continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and growth

• Option to work with green spaces, farm activities and animal assisted therapy programs.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification

• Registration with Speech Pathology Australia

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families

• Passion for providing high-quality, evidence-based speech and language therapy

• Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role

• NDIS worker screening and Working with Children checks must be obtained before start date
