It's a large established site with a substantial patient database and heavy demand, sitting inside one of Australia's national medical centre operators. Centralised operations, HR and marketing behind you, local management on the ground, nursing support at site level.

Rostering is flexible, including after hours if you want it, and doctors can rotate across multiple clinics in the network. That suits newly fellowed GPs and anyone working through a moratorium.
