Property Management Assistant/Junior Property Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Property Management team.

• Assist with managing rental properties and tenant enquiries.

• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with contractors.

• Schedule and assist with routine inspections and property viewings.

• Prepare lease documentation, notices, and tenancy-related correspondence.

• Maintain accurate records and update property management software.

• Respond to phone calls, emails, and general office enquiries.

• Support the team in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.

About You

• Previous experience in administration or customer service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.

• Professional presentation and a positive attitude.

• Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

• Current Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is advantageous.
