What will you be doing?

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the world of insurance broking. This entry-level role will involve providing support and assistance with all aspects of servicing of client insurance needs as required by senior staff members.

Duties include:

• Preparation and processing of documents

• Maintaining records

• General team administration

• Any additional duties required in the daily servicing of clients

• Communicating with the clients via email and phone

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Be capable of following directions and working collaboratively with others, while also being self-motivated and able to manage own workload.

• Be able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).

• Have a high level of attention to detail and be super organised.

• Be responsive to the changing needs of the team, office and business, and to any issues that arise.

• Have a strong ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to pitch in.

It would be great if you had:

• Demonstrate some level of customer service experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Suite including competency in Excel

• Minimum of one year of office based experience is an asset
