Job description:

We currently have a high impact Account Director - known as Client Partner internally opportunity available within our Direct Sales Team.

As a Client Partner your role is to be a market-leading media sales professional, creating true business partnerships with Direct advertisers and in turn, maximising revenue and share opportunities for ARN via strategic use of the ARN Audiosphere.

About The Role:

• Represent ARN to direct advertisers in Sydney
• Generate new business opportunities with clients. This may be achieved through cold calling/prospecting, networking or follow up on leads generated.
• Sell advertising solutions to a list of clients as allocated or personally developed with the objective of growing the relationship and revenue.
• Understand the media market with a deep focus on ARN business, brand, and products - the ARN Audiosphere.
• Work with clients and internal support teams to provide strategic advertising solutions with the objective of building, developing, and growing the relationship and revenue.
• Take ownership of your allocated sales budgets and provide accurate revenue forecasting with innovative strategies and solutions to meet quarterly targets.
• Create compelling sales pitches representing ARN's brands to generate new business opportunities
• Apply exceptional client management skills and follow through, including proven experience in delivering high impact presentations, and maintaining accurate records of all contact with your clients and agencies within ARN's CRM - Salesforce.
• Work with ARN's Revenue & Yield Management to provide competitive trading positions to clients.
• Attend sales, business and training meetings and events when required.

About You:

• A minimum 2 years' Media & Advertising Direct Sales experience, with proven experience in consistently providing exceptional service to your clients while meeting sales targets / KPI related activity.
• A confident & natural networker, relationship builder, and Presenter, with the confidence to deal fact to face with key business decision makers.
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to deal with people at all levels both internally and externally.
• Be an inspirational team player who is highly accountable and can juggle multiple tasks, deadlines, and internal/ external stakeholders simultaneously.
• You are the ultimate brand ambassador! A positive and energetic team member, who will take great pride in representing the ARN Audiosphere in the market, enjoy working autonomously, while also contributing to the team's success and broader ARN outcomes.
• Competent in software programs such Power Point, Word and Excel. Salesforce user experience also highly regarded.
