About The Role

As a Client Care Representative, you will play a critical role as the primary link between our clients and the clinical team. You’ll ensure a seamless and compassionate experience for clients and their pets, from the moment they walk through our doors to the time they leave and beyond.

This is a permanent part-time position, offering a minimum of 30 hours per fortnight. The roster includes:

Overnight shifts (11:00pm – 6:00am) every Friday and SaturdayOne additional CCR shift each weekAccess to excellent penalty rates for overnight and weekend work

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about making a difference. As AES Underwood operates as an after-hours clinic, flexibility and confidence working night shifts are essential.

What Your Day Looks Like

Providing exceptional care to clients and pets, including triaging pets on arrivalCommunicating updates about pets to clients and addressing their queriesCollaborating with the team regarding updates, patient needs, and financial detailsAssisting clients with financial transactions and insurance claimsManaging cash handling and daily reconciliationsPerforming administrative duties that support the clinic’s operations

About You
