About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Food manufacturing Team Leader to join our team. You’ll be responsible for leading a team on our pastry and packaging lines, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.

This is a high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front and driving team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team to achieve daily and weekly production targets
• Maximise line efficiency and minimise downtime
• Troubleshoot production and machinery issues and escalate when required
• Maintain accurate production records and reporting
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and WHS standards
• Promote a safe, clean, and high-performing work environment

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience in food manufacturing or processing
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of HACCP, GMP, and WHS requirements
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in using production equipment and data tracking systems
• A passion for delivering high-quality products and a keen eye for detail
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
