We are seeking a passionate and motivated hospitality professional dedicated to delivering exceptional and memorable experiences for our members and guests.

• Previous experience in a 4–5 star hotel, resort, functions venue or private club environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong relationship-building skills with members, clients, and colleagues

• Exceptional attention to detail and personal presentation

• The ability to perform under pressure, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple events simultaneously

• A genuine passion for food, wine and beverages, with the knowledge and confidence to make recommendations to enhance the member and guest experience

• À la carte dining experience

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings

• Current RSA certificate

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Members’ Bar, Bistro and events spaces

• Liaise with members and clients to ensure outstanding hospitality experiences

• Lead, train, and mentor staff to uphold service excellence

• Coordinate and supervise the setup, delivery, and pack-down of functions and events

• Oversee logistics including seating, catering, and equipment requirements

• Ensure compliance with RSA, health, and safety regulations
