We're looking for an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our soon-to-open Melbourne Central store.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering day-to-day store operations with energy and precision

• Coaching and developing team members to create a fun, positive and performance-driven environment

• Delivering exceptional in-store experiences through customer-first service

• Managing stock, merchandising, and promotional execution

• Driving results while keeping team culture front and centre

Who You Are

• Proven experience in a retail leadership role, ideally at Assistant Store Manager level

• Experience in beauty or fashion retail is highly regarded

• Hands-on and confident leading from the floor in a fast-paced retail environment

• Strong understanding of customer service, stock management, and driving sales performance

• A supportive and accountable leader who leads by example, builds team capability, and brings a results-driven mindset
