We're looking for a strategic and collaborative leader to join our Health Group Executive as Senior Manager, Technical Partners Health.
Reporting directly to the Dean (Academic), you'll provide strategic leadership for Technical Partners Health, shaping the delivery of technical services that support learning and teaching, research and specialised facilities across Griffith Health.
Leading a multidisciplinary team of technical managers and specialists, you'll drive operational excellence across laboratories, simulation environments, research technologies and technical infrastructure, while partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic initiatives that enhance capability, innovation and service delivery.
This is an outstanding opportunity to influence the future direction of technical services within one of Australia's largest and most diverse health faculties.

You're a collaborative and influential senior leader with extensive experience leading complex technical operations in a large organisation. You combine strategic thinking with operational expertise and have a proven ability to build high-performing teams, influence senior stakeholders and deliver organisational improvement.

This is a continuing, full-time position based at the Griffith University Gold Coast. As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.
Griffith University’s campuses are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
Salary Range
The full-time equivalent base salary is HEW Level 10, $147,057 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation. The total full-time equivalent salary package is up to $172,057 per annum.
