Bar/Gaming Attendant - Casual Position Level 3

With our team growing, we’re on the lookout for friendly, professional Bar & Gaming Attendants to help us deliver excellent experiences across our bar and gaming floor.

We’re looking for people with flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and evenings. Hospitality is a team effort, and flexibility is key!

Our venues operate across extended trading hours, including late nights:

• EBP RSL: Open daily from 10:00am until late (typically 4:00am)

• EBP Sports Club: Open daily from 10:00am until late (typically midnight)

Every shift is different, but you’ll be:

• Serving drinks and cocktails with consistency and care.

• Delivering tray service to gaming guests with a big smile.

• Taking orders, handling cash/EFTPOS, and keeping the bar stocked and presentable.

• Creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests and assisting with requests.

• Maintaining compliance with RSA and gaming regulations.

• Keeping things clean, safe, and organised behind the bar and on the gaming floor.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have previous hospitality or bar/gaming experience (preferred, but not essential).

• Communicate clearly and bring a professional, approachable manner.

• Stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.

• Hold a current RSA, RCG, and Advanced RCG (ARCG) certificate.

• Are flexible to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.

• Competitive hourly rates with weekend penalty rates. You’ll be paid at Level 3 Casual rates under the Registered & Licensed Clubs Award 2020, including all penalty entitlements.

• Flexibility to work across both of our venues, EBP RSL and EBP Sports Club in Earlwood - giving you variety in your shifts and experience.
