We are seeking a high-calibre Restaurant Manager who operates at the top of their game.

About the Role

This is not a maintenance role — this is a leadership position for someone who wants to drive standards, lead from the front, and elevate an already exceptional operation.

You will take full ownership of front-of-house performance, team culture, and guest experience, working alongside the directors and senior leadership team.

We are looking for a manager who brings presence, high standards, and accountability, and who thrives in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a large, professional FOH team with authority, clarity, and consistency

• Set and maintain elite service standards across every shift

• Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism, and hospitality

• Manage labour, rostering, and operational performance

• Work closely with the directors and executive team on strategy and continuous improvement

• Ensure seamless FOH and BOH integration during service

• Deliver exceptional guest experience, including service recovery

• Maintain compliance with licensing, WH&S, and workplace regulations

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining environment (Chef Hat or Michelin-level venues)

• Strong leadership presence and ability to lead a professional team with confidence

• Deep understanding of service standards and guest experience

• Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge, with the ability to operate within a premium wine program

• Commercial awareness including labour and cost control

• Highly organised, decisive, and solutions-focused

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional experiences

Candidates with experience in recognised premium dining environments will be highly regarded.
