This role will be based in our Scoresby Factory.

About the role

TwentyThree Projects is seeking an Experienced Joiner/Cabinet Maker to join our talented team in Scoresby, Victoria. This full-time role will see you making a valuable contribution to the design, manufacture and installation of high-quality joinery and cabinetry for our diverse range of commercial projects.

What you'll be doing

• Fabricating and assembling custom-built joinery and cabinetry to client specifications

• Reading and interpreting design plans, drawings and technical documents

• Operating and maintaining workshop machinery and tools in a safe manner

• Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

• Collaborating with project managers, designers and other tradespeople

• Adhering to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a qualified Joiner or Cabinet Maker

• Strong knowledge of cabinetmaking techniques, materials and finishes

• Proficient in the use of woodworking machinery, tools and hand tools

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

• Effective communication and teamwork skills
