As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you'll play an integral role in creating a positive experience for both patients and clinicians.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing chairside assistance and support during a range of dental procedures

• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to the highest standards

• Managing patient appointments and handling reception duties

• Delivering outstanding customer service and patient care

• Supporting clinicians with clinical and administrative tasks

• Maintaining accurate patient records using Dental4Windows (D4W)

• Contributing to a smooth, efficient, and welcoming practice environment

This full-time role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced and supportive team.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist (minimum 1 year)

• Confident using Dental4Windows (D4W) software (required)

• Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities

• Professional, reliable, and well-presented

• Friendly, caring, and passionate about patient care

• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems

• Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is highly regarded.
