Structures Supervisor - Concrete packages

This business is one of Australia’s most dynamic mid tier civil mining Construction companies operating at a national level. On the civil side they handle a broad range of projects including ground works earthworks as well as major roads, bridges, pipelines, bulk earthworks and the list goes on. 

The project will be running for at least 12 months. We are searching for an experienced Supervisor to deliver concrete packages to the client’s specifications You will coordinate the form workers / steel fixes ensuring that concrete pours and daily production rates are met. Also assisting with the coordination of plant and materials, while reporting to the Project Manager

As Structures Supervisor you will run your section of the project while, liaising and liaising with Engineers. Your duties include:

•          Personnel & Subcontractor management
•          Workplace Health & Safety initiatives
•          Liaise closely with Management
•          Ensure time & cost objectives are met for program

We are ideally looking for a Civil Supervisor with over five years experience, coming up through the ranks from: Operator, Labourer to Leading Hand and now Foreman. Also required is experience on projects with similar specifications.
