2IC / Sales Team Manager - Modern Large Format Showroom

We take the pressure out of selling by providing our customers with the best offerings in the market with superior logistics, quality, and after-sales service.

The Role:

• Sales team management: Coaching, learning, and supporting your team to achieve store goals and objectives together.

• Coordinating room displays: New furniture, suites, and homewares throughout our large showroom.

• Selling & taking orders: Using our dynamic POS invoicing & delivery dashboards.

• Coordinating with Head Office: All aftersales services including warranties, POS material and planning correspondence.

• Product knowledge: Continual learning & providing advice on our extensive range of furniture and homewares.

• Problem solving: Handling escalated queries and concerns in a way that leaves our customers feeling secure in our service.

You will have

• Modern energetic attitude with good experience managing a sales team

• Knowledge and understanding of furniture or bulky goods retail

• Excellent customer service & communication skills

• Good IT and website navigation skills
