About the Facility

Grandton Aged Care is a boutique 26‑bed residential aged care service within a 14‑storey vertical community in Applecross, overlooking the Swan River. Residents enjoy premium accommodation with access to amenities such as an indoor pool, cinema, gym and the Lotus by Roshana restaurant.
We are looking for Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team at Grandton Aged Care, in a Part Time capacity.

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse (EN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care and supporting the wellbeing of our residents. You will be a trusted presence on the floor - providing hands-on care, supporting your team, and building meaningful connections with residents and their families. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role suited to someone who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about aged care.

What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care in line with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health conditions and report changes promptly
• Support and guide care staff to ensure high standards of care
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to care planning and clinical documentation
• Promote residents’ independence, dignity, and quality of life
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment

What You Will Bring

• Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
• Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting (preferred)
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, compassionate, and professional approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this
