Performance & Reporting Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Performance & Reporting Manager. Join our Government & Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in enhancing service outcomes, efficiency and contract performance across the contract through data-driven insights and advisory support. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Lead analysis of complex contract and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, emerging risks and improvement opportunities. 
• Develop insights, root cause analysis and evidence-based recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making. 
• Design and enhance dashboards, reporting frameworks and performance measurement approaches that move reporting toward diagnostic and predictive analysis. 
• Support implementation, monitoring and refinement of performance improvement initiatives across service delivery and contract outcomes. 
• Engage stakeholders, governance forums, data and BI teams to improve data quality, accessibility and performance outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Experience in data analysis, performance analysis or business intelligence roles involving complex datasets and insight-driven recommendations. 
• Strong capability in trend analysis, root cause analysis, performance diagnostics and translating findings for non-technical stakeholders. 
• Advanced proficiency with analytical and visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau or equivalent platforms. 
• A collaborative, customer-centric approach with strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
