Disability Support Workers

At Your Best Support, we support people living with disabilities, intellectual disabilities, epilepsy and mental health support needs. Our team provides support that is respectful, skilled, patient and genuinely life-changing.

We are currently looking for experienced Disability Support Workers who understand that this work is more than just a job.

If you are someone who:
• Has experience supporting people with disabilities including Parkinson’s
• Has knowledge of epilepsy management
• Is hoist trained (or willing to be trained)
• Understands person-centred support and dignity of care
• Has strong communication and documentation skills
• Can work independently and professionally
• Is calm, patient and able to support people with mental health and behavioral needs

Essential Requirements
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• First Aid & CPR
• Police Check
• Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• Experience working in disability support
