This position supports project managers and the wider operations team in coordinating window and door installations from initial order through to completion. Day-to-day tasks include organising project documentation, preparing job files, updating schedules, tracking materials and deliveries, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The Project Assistant liaises with customers, suppliers, and installation teams to confirm details, follow up on outstanding information, and help resolve minor issues or delays. The role also involves assisting with quotes, basic reporting, and general administrative support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.Candidates should possess solid administrative and computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and email correspondence.Candidates should possess basic understanding of construction or building products, ideally with exposure to windows, doors, or similar trades.Candidates should possess attention to detail and problem-solving skills to maintain accurate records and support timely project delivery.Relevant experience in project coordination, administration, or customer service is beneficial, and vocational or tertiary qualifications in business, construction management, or a related field are an advantage.
