About the role
TEAM LEADER HOMELESSNESS
PERMANENT FULL-TIME
IPSWICH/TOOWOOMBA
Lead with purpose. Empower recovery. Create lasting change. We're looking for an experienced and passionate leader to join our Homelessness team as Team Leader (IRHP). In this role, you'll lead and inspire a team of Recovery Support Workers across the West Moreton (Ipswich) and Darling Downs (Toowoomba) regions, helping people experiencing or at risk of homelessness and living with mental health challenges achieve safe, sustainable housing and recovery.
This is more than a leadership role—it's an opportunity to shape a high-performing, recovery-oriented service that changes lives. You'll coach and support your team to deliver exceptional, person-centred support, build strong partnerships with stakeholders, and drive service quality, consistency, and continuous improvement. Every day, your leadership will help create better outcomes for participants while fostering a positive, collaborative culture where your team can thrive.
