About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager to join our Advisory Consulting and Digital team.

In this role, you will support the delivery of complex transformation and strategy engagements across a diverse client base, with a strong focus on Justice, and not-for-profit sectors. You will play a key role in delivering projects from design through to implementation, helping clients improve operating models, enhance processes, and drive meaningful organisational change.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working collaboratively with stakeholders, and contributing to high-quality consulting outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of client engagements across strategy, transformation, and operating model initiativesPrepare high-quality deliverables including reports, proposals, and client presentationsFacilitate and support workshops with clients and key stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across client organisationsContribute to project planning, delivery, and coordination using structured and/or Agile approachesAssist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and organisational upliftWork collaboratively with team members to deliver outcomes on time and to a high standardContribute to business development activities including proposal development and client insights

About You

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative consulting professional who can operate in a dynamic client environment.Proven experience in a consulting or professional services environment (Big 4 or similar mid-tier preferred)Experience supporting or delivering transformation, strategy, or process improvement initiativesStrong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and facilitate discussionsExperience preparing structured outputs including reports, proposals, and presentationsA proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving capabilityExposure to operating model design, process improvement, or governance frameworks is advantageousStrong written and verbal communication skillsA positive, adaptable mindset and willingness to learn
