Finance Manager - NDIS/Aged Care

Holistic Horizons Support Services is a family-owned provider of disability and aged care supports across the Redcliffe Peninsula. We work collaboratively with clients, older people, families and sector partners to provide compassionate, inclusive services that promote choice, independence and dignity.

Our offices are based in Kippa-Ring and our clients are located across the Northern Brisbane suburbs and the Moreton Bay region.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Finance Manager to lead our day-to-day finance function across NDIS and aged care services. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys accurate processing, strong financial controls, problem-solving and working closely with operational teams. You will oversee payroll, invoicing, claims, reconciliations and financial reporting while helping us maintain reliable, transparent and compliance finance practices as our services grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and reimbursements.

• Maintain Xero records and reconcile bank, balance sheet, funding and clearing accounts.

• Prepare and reconcile NDIS claims through PRODA and maintain current pricing arrangements.

• Administer aged care billing and finance processes, including Support at Home budgets, claims, contributions and monthly statements.

• Reconcile service delivery records, remittances, client contributions and funding across finance and operational systems.

• Monitor outstanding accounts and respond professionally to invoice and statement enquiries.

• Prepare management reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements and cash-flow information.

• Maintain accurate pricing schedules, records and evidence to support financial governance and regulatory compliance.

• Supervise the Accounts function and work collaboratively with disability and aged care teams.

About you:

• Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping, accounting or finance administration, ideally in a service-based organisation.

• Strong Xero skills and confidence using Microsoft Office, payroll systems and online claiming portals.

• Excellent reconciliation, financial control and problem-solving capability.

• High attention to detail and the ability to meet recurring deadlines.

• Clear, respectful communication with clients, families, colleagues and external stakeholders.

• NDIS finance experience is highly regarded; aged care or Support at Home finance experience will be a strong advantage.

• Relevant qualification and the ability to satisfy applicable screening and employment requirements.
