We're looking for an experienced Project Manager - Technology Delivery to lead a significant digital transformation project focused on revenue growth, customer engagement, and marketing automation capability.

We're seeking someone who understands how digital platforms, customer data, websites, CRM and marketing technology can work together to drive measurable business outcomes. You'll play a key role in modernising our digital ecosystem, improving the customer experience, embedding new ways of working, and ensuring we realise value long after go live.

In this role you will:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation and technology initiatives.
• Deliver customer facing platforms including websites, CRM, marketing automation and digital experience solutions.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital, Data and Technology teams to drive engagement, conversion and revenue outcomes.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple squads, vendors, platforms and stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support Agile delivery practices and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Translate technical delivery into meaningful business outcomes and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Please note, this position is a full time, maximum term role for an 18 month period.

what we are looking for

• Proven experience delivering large scale digital transformation, MarTech, CRM, customer experience or eCommerce programs.
• Strong understanding of marketing technology, digital ecosystems, customer data and digital optimisation.
• Demonstrated success delivering measurable commercial outcomes through technology and digital initiatives.
• Experience leading complex projects in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate organisational change and bring people on the journey through transformation.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology, Digital Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Optimizely, Braze, customer data platforms, digital optimisation, customer segmentation and testing methodologies will be highly regarded.
