About the Role

As a Training Systems Data Specialist, you will be responsible for the effective management, administration, and continuous improvement of Macmahon’s learning systems.

Responsibilities 

• Provide day-to-day administration and user support for learning systems, including SuccessFactors Learning, Cloud Assess and SharePoint.
• Maintain training system data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and user adoption initiatives.
• Monitor data quality, conduct audits, and resolve system and data discrepancies.
• Develop, review, and maintain training documentation, learning materials, and user guides.
• Ensure training content and documentation meet ASQA and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct training material mapping and gap analysis to support compliance and consistency.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions and system outcomes.
• Provide training, coaching, and reporting support to system users and business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain digital learning content using SuccessFactors, Cloud Assess, Articulate, and related tools.

What You’ll Bring 

• Proven experience in administering SuccessFactors Lerning Management System (LMS)
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data interfaces
• Knowledge of training and competency frameworks, particularly within regulated industries
• Demonstrated experience in developing dashboards or advance reports and in analysing training and compliance data
• Mining or similar industry experience will be highly desirable.

• Location: Macmahon Head Office – Perth (Near T2)
• Roster: 5:2/Monday to Friday
