About The Role

Conduct telehealth consultations with patients — diagnosing, prescribing medication as appropriate, and managing medication side effectsProvide exceptional, ongoing clinical support for patientsRespond to medical issues as they ariseHelp shape improved models of care, stronger support programs, and better patient outcomes

About You

Qualified health professional - You're a qualified Nurse Practitioner with unrestricted AHPRA registrationPassionate about telehealth and primary care - Demonstrated experience in primary care conditions; telehealth experience is a big plusTech-savvy - Confident navigating digital tools for clinical practiceExperienced decision maker - You make timely, accurate referral decisions based on your clinical expertise, and stay steady under pressureTrusted - Patients trust you because of your experience, confidence, and mannerClear communicator - Communicating with patients, health professionals, and team members comes naturally; you get the message across clearly and conciselyHeart - Patients feel safe and supported in your care, and keep coming back
