As we expand our growth within the Enterprise Client base, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Technical Solutions Architect to help shape transformational technology outcomes.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales Australia and working with our talented technical teams, you will collaborate with C Level stakeholders to develop practical technology roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes. This hands-on client facing role combines strategic consulting, solution architecture, business development, and technical leadership. 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements and implement roadmaps and transformation strategies. Design holistic technology solutions that align with our client’s business strategy and operational needs.
• Support business development opportunities by providing technical leadership throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead workshops, architecture assessments, and solution design engagements.
• Develop solution architecture across cloud, data & AI, cyber security and managed services
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation of engagements
• Contribute to the development of DNX solution offerings, methodologies, and architectural standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Must have 10+ years’ experience in Technical Solution Architecture, Consulting, or Technology Advisory roles.
• Experience designing complex technology solutions for enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Solid experience across Cloud, Data & AI, and Cyber Security domains.
• Experience in supporting presales, consulting engagements, and business development activities.
• Demonstrated success delivering technology transformation and modernisation initiatives.

Skills & Attributes Required: Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect technology solutions to business outcomes. Solid consulting and facilitation skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Enterprise architecture methodology e.g. TOGAF Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work effectively across sales, consulting, and delivery teams. Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and helping clients succeed.
