As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage a caseload of young job seekers and work closely with local employers, training providers, and community organisations to create meaningful pathways into employment and education.

Your success will be measured by your ability to engage participants, secure opportunities, and support sustainable outcomes.

• Support young people aged 15 to 24 to gain employment, education, or training opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers across a range of industries.

• Source vacancies through business development, employer engagement, cold canvassing, and reverse marketing.

• Match suitable candidates to vacancies and advocate for their employment.

• Prepare participants for interviews and workplace success.

• Conduct regular appointments, reviews, and follow-up activities.

• Submit employment and outcome evidence and manage administrative requirements.

• Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous business improvement initiatives.

• Demonstrated success in achieving performance targets and outcomes.

• Strong business development skills and the ability to engage employers and identify opportunities.
