About the Opportunity

As Centre Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our service, leading with confidence, positivity, and purpose.

You'll:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring excellence across all areas
• Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of educators and leaders
• Build trusted partnerships with families and the local community
• Drive occupancy growth through strong engagement and community connections
• Champion compliance, quality, and continuous improvement
• Support and guide your team to achieve and maintain Meeting or Exceeding National Quality Standards outcomes
• Foster a culture where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn

About You

You're a confident and people-focused leader who is passionate about early education and building successful teams.

You'll bring:

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Proven experience in a Centre Manager leadership role
• A current Working with Children Check
• Strong operational, compliance, and financial management skills
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving performance goals
• A commitment to creating positive experiences for children, families, and educators
