Production Hand (Food processing) - Operator

About the role

Modern Foods and Beverages are seeking dedicated food production workers to join our team on a contract basis in our Canning Vale site, WA 6155 location. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a vital role in the production and packaging of our food and beverage products.

Key responsibilities

• Monitoring processing and packaging of food and beverage products

• Operate food processing and packaging equipment

• Occasionally lifting of 25kg bags

• Carrying GMP in food production & cleaning of equipment

• Adhere to relevant work safety, personnel hygiene, quality, food safety and environmental regulations

• Operate forklifts (LF - WorkSafe ticket) and pallet jacks

About you

• Ability to comply with work safety, quality and food safety requirements

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills

• Strong attention to details

• Capable of working with minimum supervision

• Flexibility to work on a contract basis

• Excellent team player

• Willing to learn

• Valid Australian work rights or valid work visa
