Randstad Recruitment have partnered with BAE systems and are looking for Aluminium Welders for the Hunter Class Frigate Program in Henderson. Secure a permanent role with a competitive hourly rate, manufacturing critical aluminium structures for defence vessels. Details:

Pay Rate: $53.48/hr + penalties Tool Allowance: $17.50 weekly Day Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 6.30am to 3.30pm

Role Type: Permanent Full Time Duties: Perform high-quality aluminium and MIG welding, assemble masts, modules, and units

Read, interpret, and work precisely from engineering drawings and welding procedure specifications. Maintain strict compliance with workshop safety standards, quality checks, and procedures. Required Skills & Experience:

Previous Aluminium experience Previous MIG welding experience Relevant welding or fabrication trade qualifications are highly desirable for this position

Ability to read, interpret, and comply with welding procedures and specifications Strong commitment to safety Eligibility & Clearances: Applicants must hold Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship and be eligible to pass medical and background checks.
