Premium Hospitality Sales Specialist

Help businesses and cricket fans experience the game like never before.

We're looking for a relationship-focused sales professional to grow premium hospitality, corporate experiences, group ticketing and event sales across Cricket Victoria.

From entertaining clients at the Big Bash to creating memorable experiences for businesses, schools and community groups, you'll play a key role in driving revenue while helping more people connect with cricket.

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager Government Relations and Strategic Partnerships you'll identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences across Cricket Victoria's commercial offerings.

No two days are the same. One day you might be meeting with a prospective corporate client, the next developing a tailored hospitality proposal or working with internal teams to deliver an outstanding match-day experience.

What you'll be doing

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting and inbound enquiries.
• Sell corporate hospitality, premium experiences, suites, memberships, group ticketing and event packages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, schools, clubs and community organisations.
• Develop tailored proposals that meet client objectives while maximising commercial outcomes.
• Manage your sales pipeline through CRM and work towards revenue, conversion and customer retention targets.
• Identify new markets and opportunities to grow attendance and commercial revenue.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during and after each event.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to create seamless customer experiences.

About you

You'll be someone who enjoys creating opportunities and building genuine relationships.

You'll also bring:

• Demonstrated success in business development, B2B sales, corporate sales, hospitality, events or a similar commercial environment.
• Confidence generating new business and converting opportunities into long-term customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines using CRM systems.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with a strong customer focus.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and match days throughout the cricket season.
