Cleaning Supervisor

This is a permanent Full-Time role where you will lead a team of cleaners to ensure that the cleanliness of the facility is maintained to a high standard along with ongoing development of our services.   

Reporting to the Manager, you will use your cleaning experience to deliver:

• Daily cleaning within nonproduction environment
• Provide cleaning services on the sites as per contractual requirements to ensure continued customer satisfaction
• Visual inspections and audits of the facility
• Planning and coordinating effective cleaning activities with the team
• Scheduling rosters to ensure continuity of service
• Training team members including conducting safety meetings and coaching as required
• Positive and helpful interactions with our client

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning
• Ability and experience to use cleaning machinery and train others
• Proven leadership in a team environment
• Self-motivated and reliable, able to work unsupervised
• The capability and willingness to work as part of a team to achieve a high standard of cleanliness for the facility
• Attention to detail at all times
• A flexible approach to work and be adaptable in a daily changing environment
• Excellent personal presentation and punctuality
• Able to pass a National Police Check (or hold a valid check within 12 months of issue)
