Join Sutherland Shire Council as an Apprentice Greenkeeper (Sports Turf Management) and earn while you learn, gaining a nationally recognised Certificate III in Sports Turf Management while helping maintain the sports grounds, cricket wickets and open spaces enjoyed by our community.

As an Apprentice Greenkeeper, you'll be part of our Sports Turf team while completing your Certificate III in Sports Turf Management.
You'll gain practical experience maintaining sports fields, cricket wickets and open spaces while learning safe work practices, operating equipment and developing the skills needed for a successful career in sports turf management.

Suitable candidates are subject to pre-employment screening which includes Reference Checks, Work Rights Verification, Identity and Functional/Medical History Checks, and will also include a Criminal History, Qualification and Working with Children Check.
